A high energy, fun filled class including: sparring, shadow boxing, skipping, kettle-bells, sandbags and cardio speed work to give a calorie-burning workout. 

From beginners to experienced boxers, the class uses a circuit training style format, with boxing based exercises set up at regular intervals.

Tuesday 6.00-7.00pm and 7.15-8.15pm

Friday 7.15-8.15pm
